Right on time they have schedule me they appeared and in short. Of the time Tim one of Route 66 plumber team find the solution for my problem, that was awesome and unlike other plumbing company which is they ask so much more on the prize he was honest and put right price, thank you Tim.

Change garbage disposal, online search indicated between $100 - 200, but this time they charged over $300 just for taking old off and installing a new one. I bought the new one myself.

Was charged over $300 for an inspection, the leak wasn’t even located correctly. Found a different plumber that not only located the where the broken pipe correctly was, but also repaired it for a fraction of the price that was paid for Route 66’s “inspection”
Isolated gas leak made repairs to unions on outside patio area and did pressure test
Used urinal auger to clean urinal drain and repair blown out hose bib on side of building
Cleared stoppage through ptrap under sink in master bathroom all ok at this time.
Ran sewer machine to try and clear main line and backyard. Will give bid to replace bad section of pipe.
Came to investigate water heater leak come to find out there is water damage on drywall around HVAC unit vent went upstairs in the attic to investigate found nothing closely related to us they could be leaking. Dispatch fee will be collected from Karen
Clear mainline blockage through cleanout inside boot barn in the back. All ok at this time.
Replace water with new 50 gal electric water heater
Customer called to investigate a shower pan leak, found no evidence of water or new water. Recommended he have a tile guy come and investigate to make sure tile didn’t have a hole in it.
Customer called for a clogged drain, tub was draining slowly. Presented options and customer chose for us to snake the drain and purchased bio one. Snaked the drain and removed large clog of hair and followed with dose of bio one. Tub drained perfect afterwards.
Completed gas test as well as sewer inspection however could not do water test as the meter box is Filled in with concrete specifically where the shut off valve is
Tightened up locknut for garbage disposal check to make sure it wasn’t leaking anymore.
