This man had no intention of looking for or repairing any leak. He was there to sell me a new gas line at an Exorbitant price. He charged me $251.00 for five minutes work to boot. Customer Beware!

Steven arrived and assessed the leak beneath my kitchen sink. Because my kitchen is pretty old, we thought it was going to be a complete replacement which would have been costly. He went back to the shop and was able to find a solution that would not only work with my setup, but within my budget. Steven was quick in replacing the pipes, no mess for me to clean, and I am happy.

Came to give a bid to install water heater
Knocked on door rang doorbell and left voicemail never got a response.
Repair hose bib in backyard. Cut sheet rock in bedroom to expose broken off water line.
Ran camera down cleanout in backyard so the 4†pvc sewer line from the cleanout to the city main in yard is in great condition, however wasn’t able to camera under the home because the sewer line has shifted to much to get the camera head passed that point of contact.

Cleared blockage through cleanout for kitchen sink and laundry room all ok at this point.
Cleared secondary drain in laundry room through cleanout behind washer, pull n reset toilet in guest bathroom with new wax ring,replace handle on toilet in 1st master bathroom all ok at this point.

Took apart p-trap under sink to expose blockage and pieces in tubular drains. For a backed up kitchen sink. All ok at this point.
I pulled a men’s upstairs toilet secured the closet bolts to the repair flange installed a new wax ring reset the toilet and caulked around it

I installed a handwashing sink a mop sink at three compartment drain I installed quarter turn stops bill to half-inch FIP water manifold with stops ran drains for the three compartment sink in directly and I also tied the handwashing sink into the inch and I halfdrained up through the floor
