Tim and Joseph arrived a little early. Tin went over the cost and explained cost thoroughly. he show me two different options and once I made my decision they got right to work. They were both very nice and the job was completed quickly and efficiently. After they finish they shall be everything they had done and the parts that have been replaced. I will definitely be using route 66 plumbing for all of my needs in the future.

Customer called needing new 50 gallon electric water heater replaced gave estimates and he approved of just replacing it nothing else. Installed new water heater and tested to make sure is working correctly.
Customer stated she needed a new water heater after arriving pulled old water heater. Set new water heater and brought it up to code.
Put together estimates for replacing risers as well as new gas lines
Gave estimate on Running guess two stove and tankless water heater as well as adapter so the homeowner can run to propane tank on the outside And installing tankless water heater
water leak, turned on gas and did everything per estimates including leaking tub valve. Was unable to fix leaking hall bath faucet due to stripped set screw. Recommended replacing faucet.
Cotteen@protonmail.com customers email. Went to make sure water softener was doing what it was supposed too went through all the cycles, added salt, then sent water softener into regeneration. Showed customer where to add salt. Was unable to find timer settings assume that the softener regens on a set amount of gallons.
Went back to repair water lines that were broken. After repairing water lines tested for leaks by turning on the water, after leaving water on for an hour. Quickly backfilled cleaned up any mess that had been made, swept up the area, cleaned the mud and dirt off walls, loaded up concrete and disposed of it.
Customer needs to have septic tank pumped before returning.
Check on women’s restroom toilets no issue was found at the time of service.
Called for kitchen sink not draining. Snaked line and cleared large amounts of build up. Customer purchased bottle of bio1 and used large dose after snaking.
Had to secure garbage disposal to the basket strainer, garbage disposal was loose causing water to drip out of the connection.
Came out to investigate gas leak, going to have to replace line from meter to house to bring it up to code. Will send estimate.
