We Adan arrived he checked things out and then proceeded to change the PRV. While in the crawl space he noticed that our expansion tank was malfunctioning. He informed us and we asked him to take care of it while he was here. We appreciated his thoroughness, his courtesy, and his competence, and we would welcome him back into our home in the future.
