Andrew & Jacob were great. We are renting a house temporarily, so not only did they have to do their normal job, but they had to deal with three layers of decisions adding the home warranty company, property management company, the owners of the property... And me (of course, I'm the easiest to deal with of that bunch). Anyhow, these guys were extremely patient when it mattered. Then, when the green light to move forward with replacing our water heater in the attic (3rd level of a two story house), they got busy. Professional, courteous, and not one complaint about the location of the water heater nor the fact that it was raining. I know that they also made an attempt to up sell the homeowner to a much better system that would have been an improvement to the home and would have added revenue for your company. That is something you usually only see with owners of plumbing companies. Bottom line is... I was impressed with your team. When we buy a home in Frisco next year, as a result of the experience with Andrew & Jacob, Sunrise Plumbing will definitely be at the top of our list should any need arise!
