Jacob and Andrew came out to Change out 2 tankless units in my house. They work very quickly to get them swapped out and upgrade my valves and venting. 19 year old water heater in attic needs to be replaced. Install new Rheem tankless water heater with 12 year warranty.
11 year old electric AO smith water heater not producing hot water. T&p valve is leaking water. Install new Rheem electric water heater with 12 year warranty.

Rheem water heaters installed last year needs preventative maintenance done. Drain and flush 2 water heaters.
How water at shower valve will not shut off. Moen tub shower valve needs repair. Install new Moen posi temp cartridge at tub shower. Found hot water was set too high at water heater. Turned water heater at 120 degrees.
Tankless water heater no hot water. Reset electrical breaker for Tankless to get power back on. Test gas line for leaks. No leaks at this time.
