I tried pretty much everything to fix this myself, including boiling water, chemicals, dismantled all the pipes leading from sinks and dishwasher. Used a 15ft auger, cleaned all of it out and reassembled…..still blocked. I called these guys at 10am and they arrived by 3pm. Impressed already. Kenny was upfront about the costs and explained my options. He used a MUCH longer auger( that Home Depot don’t sell) and managed to unblock the sink in about 15 mins, reassembled and all is well. I spent HOURS trying to fix this myself and should have just left it to the pros. Really happy with the service I got. I have to be honest, having not needed this service before, I was surprised alit cost $325 but maybe I’m out of touch. It was still well worth it to get a friendly, knowledgeable and PROMPT professional to take care of the job. Kenny is a great guy too. I’d use them again in a heartbeat.
