Completed a challenging sewer line relocation for a residential property in Apex today. Homeowner needed the line moved to accommodate a new garage addition. We excavated the existing line, rerouted around the proposed foundation, and installed 85 feet of new PVC piping. Connected to the main cleanout with proper slope for effective drainage. Performed pressure testing to confirm zero leaks before backfilling. City inspector approved our work on first inspection. Customer was pleased with our clean worksite and minimal landscape disruption. All permits closed out and documentation provided to homeowner.
