Devin was extremely knowledgeable and respectful. I've had some repair men who are rude and demeaning because I'm a female and I won't even let them in my house. He answered all of my questions and pointed out a potential issue that had nothing to do with my appointment, so we were able to fix it before it became an expensive problem. The customer had her water heater fail on her today. We gave her some options on replacement and repair. She chose to go with our energy efficient hybrid water heater. We also install a couple lavatory faucets and a new elongated toilet.
