High & Dry's system requires the leak to be inactive, and that took some time, but they were persistant, kept coming out to check or rescheduling, and have finally gotten the work completed. Andrew was careful, professional and patiently explained their process as he performed the work. Stacey was great to deal with through all the rescheduling.
