Customer has a leaking crack in the basement
This basement was sinking and affecting the upstairs. They had cracks in the drywall sticking and jamming doors and windows that were breaking. We are installing steel push piers to put the house back in place!
We injected a larger window crack in the basement and gave a lifetime of the structure waterproofing warranty.
We are installing structural braces to prevent further inward leaning and bowing to the front wall of this property
