We drove around the neighborhood, and spotted this lovely home. So we called and asked if the owner would be looking to sell it. Well, guess what? They actually do! It's been maintained on a regular basis, but needs a little TLC, and a new owner. Tenant just left, and owners kept it unoccupied for safety reasons. We just met with the owner today, and might be able to send an offer in a few!
