As I was about to load five pieces a material from Home Depot totaling 600 lb into my vehicle another maintenance man who happened to be driving by stopped his truck jumped out helped me load the material and 30 seconds and help the back in his truck and left. I didn't get his name nor was I able to thank him emphatically enough. The selflessness and charity displayed by so many people this time of year is as heartwarming as it is heartwarming.
I'm at our building supply store on the east side right now. I am going to pick up some supplies before I head to Midvale to finish a tile job. I've been re-plumbing a duel undergoing sink and replacing a dishwasher as well as some cleaning, a couple of new outlets, and prepping a floor so I can lay some new vinyl later tonight.
Meeting with a home owner that is currently in foreclosure. She lives in a retirement center now and the home is vacant. I was able to discuss the process of potentially buying the home before the foreclosure. We will now get the necessary information and hopefully be able to save the home from foreclosure.
I just completed a furnace inspection on the east side. I replaced batteries in the thermostat as well. I'm headed south to Midvale to repair a leak In a hose bib and, if the resident has time, check out their furnace.
