I've just completed my last scheduled work order for the day. Both residents work until 10p and we are happy to oblige a late hour service call to accomodate them. They had routine type requests. This time of year, hvac is cleaned and inspected then run up and observed to ensure it is operating in its optimal range. This one was as were the other 3 units serviced today. I will wash the webuyhouses.com multi-craft service van when I get back to base, restock consumables, and call it a day.
