It was easy to work with Frank; he is courteous and diligent and his responses have been appropriate and timely. The individual who picked up the items was respectful, friendly and capable; and communicated when traffic was heavy that he may be late, but he still made the window for our appointment. We are very happy with the service we received!

The entire overall process from scheduling to the actual equipment pick up was a smooth and satisfactory experience. Frank provided me with up the necessary information, and answered all my concerns.
