I was most impressed with the great customer service and professionalism from Christian Mcmenamy. While my roofing project was probably a little different from most, he was able to answer my questions and was always very responsive when I contacted him. My only suggestion is that the specific roofing project date is coordinated with the customer by phone before it is actually scheduled on the calendar. Thank you.

CB Roofing from Tampa sent around 10 roofing installers to our home. They showed up approximately 7:00 am. They wasted no time in stripping off approximately 4500 sq.ft of the old shingles, brought the plywood bedding and nailing up to code and installed a brand new Corning roof with Architectural shingles, replaced some rotted plywood and were all done before 6 pm. They blew off the loose debris, picked up fallen nails off the ground with their magnet and made sure all the trash was in the dumpster. My wife and I were very impressed with the speed and professionalism at which these employees got the job done. Our neighbors also expressed their admiration for the way these guys worked, including one hard-working woman, and how beautiful our roof looks. We highly recommend this company to anyone who is seeking professional roof installers. Special thanks to Salesperson Alex Garcia and Christie the Office Manager who stayed in contact with us and kept us apprised of the progress of the job until they were done. We were very happy with the sales pitch from Alex as well as the great work performed by the roofing crew. They did a good job cleaning up afterwards too. Our one issue related to new facia side boards that we wanted to replace where we have a very high roof peak above the back porch. CB Roofing was to deliver these boards and the drip edge early to our home so we could paint them the color of our house trim. When these materials were not delivered to us, CB Roofing agreed to do the painting. Unfortunately they only painted the front side of the facia. I have had to go on the roof myself to prime and paint the backside and bottom edge of the facia. This is challenging especially since these areas are not visible from the roof. This is why we did not give 5 stars for everything. We paid extra to CB Roofing for the more durable roofing materials and extended warranty, backed by Dow Corning. Hopefully this pays off over the longterm.

Maria was nervous about the state of her roof and asked us to come by for an inspection. It turns out that her roof is in good shape and just needs to have the leaves cleaned off of it regularly. Will be happy to come back in a couple of years once the roof is worn out.

Liz had some rotted fascia on the front of her roof and insisted that was all that needed to be repaired. We inspected the roof and found that the rotted fascia was because of small leaks at the front of the roof that had not yet shown up inside the house. We are now set up to repair both the roof and the rotted fascia that was really just a symptom.
Jim's insurance company is going out of business and he needs insurance so, sadly, he needs a new roof. We have put together reasonable monthly payments for him on a high quality Owens Corning roof system. And we threw in the wind mitigation for free!
