This customer called in from Anderson, SC after receiving one of our flyers. Customer wanted a free roof inspection to check for hail damage after the April 6th hailstorm that came through. I performed my full property inspection and found hail damage on all slopes of the roof, wind and hail damage on the garage, hail damage on the HVAC unit, downspouts, soft metals and windscreens. I explained the claim process with this customer and they decided to file a homeowners claim with their insurance, Liberty Mutual. I came back to the property to meet with the adjuster. He also agreed to the hail damage. This customer is so excited to have a full roof replacement coming soon!!!
