This home owner called us out for a free storm damage inspection after the recent storms. We performed of full storm damage inspection and found heavy hail damage on The customers roof. We walked the customer through the claims process and will be meeting with the adjuster. New roof coming soon.
This customer called in from the Willowbrook Ridge Subdivision in Boiling Springs, SC asking for an estimate for a full roof replacement. After conducting my full inspection, I found hail damage on all slopes. The customer was very surprised that the other contractors that had been to his home never mentioned the hail damage. He then canceled the estimates that he had lined up and decided to go with KEE Roofing. He is filing a claim with his insurance company and I will be coming back next week to meet with the insurance adjustor.
The weather was great for today’s install. Landmark Certainteed charcoal black shingles were installed on this home. This new roof really adds to the curbside appeal. Especially being located in a sub division.
This customer had their home and their shed in the back yard restored with new Certainteed Landmark Architectural Moire Black shingles. This customer had shingles over the garage which was causing the garage roof to leak due to the low slope. We replaced the garage roof with Bit-man 2 layer rolled roofing that matches the Moire black shingles, this product is for low slopes and now the roof is properly sealed.
This homeowner called in requesting a free roof inspection. She knows her roof has some age to it and was wanting to know how much storm damage it has on it. Atop the roof I was able to locate more than enough sudden and accidental damage caused by recent hail storms. Not only that but she has significant storm damage on all elevations of the home. She agreed, after seeing photos of the damages, that filing a claim was the best route. She has an adjuster coming out later this week and I look forward to being back out at the home for a second time to meet with him!
Customer came in from our Facebook video about free roof inspections. They reached out to us because they had a leak in their roof from when a vent pipe was replaced from dry rot and tried to temporarily fix it themselves. I went out to their home and conducted our free storm inspection and found hail damage on all slopes of the roof and window screens. I walked the homeowner through the steps of filing a claim with their insurance company, State Farm. Customer is excited to file a claim. Look forward to coming back out and meeting with the licensed adjuster.
This customer in Boiling Springs, SC called in after having filed a claim with State Farm and being approved for a full roof replacement. They chose Certainteed Landmark AR - Moire Black shingles and were happy to receive a shingle warranty as well as our 10 year leak free workmanship warranty.
This homeowner from Boiling Springs, SC called into the office at KEE Roofing with multiple leaks in the roof. I went out to the property and did my full inspection and found damage on the downspouts, porch screens, and the fascia. On the roof I found damage to all soft metals and hail damage on every slope. They filed a claim with State Farm and were approved for a new full roof replacement.
I went out and completed a repair in Boiling Springs, SC today. I re-sealed all the accessories and exposed nails on the ridges. We also replaced a missing ridge cap on their roof. Customer was very pleased with how quick and efficient we were at getting their roof tuned up!
I met Kathleen who had 2 of the sweetest dogs I've ever met. She has some leaking in her home and we are going to work with her through insurance to hopefully get her roof replace because of wind and hail damage. We look forward to helping her fix her problem!
This customer was experiencing a leak around her chimney so she gave us a call to come out and do an inspection. Upon doing so, I found hail damage to the downspouts and porch screens during my ground inspection. This customer found us by doing a residential roofing company search on Angie's List. She said she called us based off of our great reviews. I went out to her home and explained the whole storm restoration and insurance claim process to her as she had already been approved through American National. I then proceeded to do my full storm damage inspection. On the ground walk around I found damage to the downspouts, window screens, water diverter, and garage wrap. On my roof inspection I found hail damage to all gutters and every slope of the roof. She is super excited to be getting a new roof!
Went out to this Boiling Springs home, to do a free roof inspection. After conducting my inspection over the entire property, I did not finding any related storm damage. I informed the customer that no repairs were needed at this time. I let the customer know we would still monitor for any future storm damage, customer was elated!!
Customer reached out because there were noticeable water spots. We completed inspection to find hail damage to the roof and sidings.
