Customer came in from our Facebook video about free roof inspections. They reached out to us because they had a leak in their roof from when a vent pipe was replaced from dry rot and tried to temporarily fix it themselves. I went out to their home and conducted our free storm inspection and found hail damage on all slopes of the roof and window screens. I walked the homeowner through the steps of filing a claim with their insurance company, State Farm. Customer is excited to file a claim. Look forward to coming back out and meeting with the licensed adjuster.
