We hadn’t expected to need a new roof as the house was somewhat new, but some leaks in one of our bedroom caused us to contact Music City Roofers. Never knew wind and hail could cause that amount of damage to a new roof - but it did. MCR came out, inspected the roof and took the ball with our insurance company. Karen was our sales rep, and her persistence and diligence with the insurance company and communication with the install team, made all of the different. Once the install day arrived, their team of roofers removed and replaced the entire roof in only two days. Given the size, the time required to complete the work was surprisingly fast! I asked that they try and not damage our new landscaping and they did just that. When they left, new roof installed, you would never have known they were there. Super clean and neat. Bottom line - they are the ONLY roofer that I can honestly say that I trust. They did a fantastic job!! Thank you Karen!!
