This home was built in early 1960 and has a large number of roof defects, negative slope drainage on the side of the garage and a large retaining wall with major cracks. Additionally the existing flue pipes are transite which we will recommend be removed by a licensed contractor. The water heater is at the end of its' useful life and the master bath shower does not have a threshold to prevent water from entering the living space. We recommend having a threshold installed to prevent flooding.
