Would highly recommend to anyone buying an older home. The inspector found more than what we expected and the probably saved us thousands. We will definitely be using them on the next property. Thanks once again!

Deteriorated exterior outlet that needs to be replaced. It was found to be non operational, loose in the wall, and non GFCI protected.
Thermal camera reveals that several cook top burners did not work at this oven. We will recommend further evaluation by a licensed appliance contractor for necessary repairs or replacement. There was also no anti tip bracket installed at the back side of the range. This is a safety devise we always check for. More often than not the anti tip bracket is not installed.
