These are people who don't walk out the door in the morning intending to commit a criminal act, but by the end of the day, somehow they've had to bond out of jail. Or maybe they get a call from a detective. It's a shock to be the focus of an investigation or a prosecution when you aren't really a criminal. These days, there are so many crimes a regular person can find themselves charged with.
