I was a bit upset because I submitted a ticket late last week and no email confirmation or update on service pickup. (was scheduled for Monday sept 9th). I actually had to call this company on Tuesday to find a status update and even at then had to submit pictures so they could determine if it was worth the free pickup. Overall, not a good first experience, however, pickup time was within hours of confirmation
