Kyle went above and beyond. I have been having difficulties with my internet for several weeks now and was so discouraged and finally gave SECTV a call to a technician. I got Kyle - he was friendly, easy to understand, extremely patient and thoroughly knowledgeable. It did not take very long for him to have me up and running again.
