Excellent Service from Kyle

Kyle went above and beyond. I have been having difficulties with my internet for several weeks now and was so discouraged and finally gave SECTV a call to a technician. I got Kyle - he was friendly, easy to understand, extremely patient and thoroughly knowledgeable. It did not take very long for him to have me up and running again. He is a definite asset to your team and give him Kudos on his abilities. Thank you Kyle - you're my hero!

Genuine, compassionate service

I had the wonderful opportunity to speak with Laura S on August 30, 2024 during our conversation she was so polite, knowledgeable, compassionate, and just an overall beautiful soul. She thoroughly explained what was going on with my account and sympathize with me during what I know can be an uncomfortable conversation. I have been recently thinking about changing my service to Xfinity however, based on my interaction with Laura today, I plan on remaining with service electric.
