As a first time patient, walking in I was immediately greeted by the wonderful front desk staff, and was quickly brought back into an exam room. The vet tech I had was beyond kind, gentle, and patient with my two cats, one of which was pretty scared. But he and the vet I saw had the kindest nature about them and my kitties were so calm and let themselves be held for the checkup and shots (they usually don't like new people). I felt like I received great care, and as soon as I left I was literally raving about the experience to all my friends with pets. 100% recommend to anyone looking for a great vet experience!
