My driveway is really long, steep, and slippery with ice and James had to climb it today with all my salt since the snow plow hasn’t come yet! He did so without any hesitation and was super nice and upbeat the whole time even though I felt so bad! Then he happily carried my salt into my basement, filled it, and showed me how it worked. Nicest guy ever and seriously such a professional.

I am 81. There is no way that I could carry 4 bags of salt down to the basement. having that done for me is a god send. In addition they put the salt in tha tank, how can you beat that. James was personable, courteous and had everything don in 10 minutes.
