Need a definite time line of when to expect the windows to be manufactured and installed. WinChoice did not communicate with us after initial sales. Would be helpful to know how the manufacturing process was moving. Any information is better than not knowing anything. Biggest disappointment was sales person not returning my phone calls. His demonstration was spot on and very informative. I do like your product and will recommend it to anyone. Just let your customers know where you are during the process.....
