Casey worked relentlessly to remove my old windows and install my new windows, including external trim (which was sheet metal that was measured, cut, and shaped on site) on time, with no disruption to me while I was working from home!! Overall, this was a really good experience. Let me start with the installation ... The two man crew installed 14 custom made windows (the 15th was missing and when they called in the discrepancy, they agreed it was overlooked). The crew was extremely professional and got straight to work. Their years of installation experience was obvious. After a day of rain, they returned to complete all of the exterior finishing work. The remaining window will be installed in approx 2 weeks. Regarding the sales phase ... A two hour process, which includes several calls to the manager "back in the office". Typical sales operation, starting with an extremely high price that gets "worked down" over time. Personally, I wonder how many people pay higher. Could I have worked the price lower - possibly. And having to decide before the salesperson leaves the house (not be able to think about it at least overnight) is not a good way to conduct business. (Pretty much like purchasing a car.) The salesman was cordial and explained everything. In summary, I am very happy with the windows so far. A full summer, then winter will prove their effectiveness.
