I replaced 1-20x20x1 filter and removed extra old filter from the crawl space.
Warranty new construction On arrival today, system maintaining temperature of thermostats setpoint. However, the other day, when it was really cold, the system was struggling to maintain temperature. Technician found and repaired issue with auxiliary heat strips plug. This issue was causing the auxiliary heat strips to not operate when needed. System is now heating properly.
I wired in the damper for for the duct we added to the master. It is now properly being controlled by the thermostat with the main floor. I added a manual damper behind the zone damper and dropped the air going threw the damper. I also adjusted the bypass damper to increase return air pressure and opened the return grill in the master to pull more air out. I also flipped the original supply grill around and adjusted to blow towards the windows to mix the air correctly. The customer is not using any window coverings at this time(blinds ,etc). This increases heat gain and loss threw the windows. While it’s not the main concern this will cause increased run times causing other areas to over condition. If we have to return for the master over conditioning, we will need to add an 8” manual damper the the original supply for the master bedroom. It will be a tight fit but it’s the only location that will properly work.

Performed inspection throughout home. Made repairs fixed any grills with issues. Secured the screw pointed out in the large return so that it sits flush. One supply grill 4 x 10 two way is missing an upstairs bedroom closet. Rest of the system is functioning normally. Filter is clean and there is another filter by unit. 20 x 20 x 1. We will come back and install the grill that is missing.
Walk home checking for any supply or return grill issues. Inspected system operations and replaced 20 x 20 x 1 filter. Replaced and repaired upstairs damper motor. It is functioning properly now. Inspected all other system operations, unit is working properly.
I performed a one system maintenance on a gas furnace I looked at all the low voltage took the blower motor amperage did not have to changed the filter it is 16x25x5 homeowner said they will pervade them. The system is running and operating like it should be they are starting the monthly maintenance program
Warranty- Rheem HP Package system not throwing any codes and heating, I made customer aware the cold air coming out may be defrost when temperatures are lower. (System has no heat strips) 4-16x16x1, pics uploaded
Unit was heating up and shutting off. Found trash in blower motor. On second unit found fuse blowed. Found shorted wires on the outside unit. New fuse in it. Short was on the high-pressure pressure switch.
Install 4 x 10 white for register. Installed new UV light. Install supply grill and living room.
Warranty package unit less than one year. Package unit installed summer of 2023 on the side of C2 wing displaying code number 82. Code 82 = failed outdoor air temperature sensor. Technician loosened wiring unplugged and replug sensor in the unit appears to be operating. However, we are going to order a new sensor anyway. New outdoor air temperature sensor has been ordered from manufacture. It will be scheduled and installed once it is received.
Install supply duct to master bedroom above bed under parts and labor
Ceiling heater and staff bathroom has bad fan motor. Mine is going to replace with floor heater.
