I got home from work at 8:30 p.m. and an issue within my unit cause my house to be 86 degrees. With one call, John Rice was over in less then 30 minutes. John was able to diagnose the issue and explain it to me in laymans terms so i was better able to understand the issue. John restored the A/C and scheduled to come out to repair the faulty parts first thing in the morning. John was kind, professional, and apologetic about the issues and how it effected my family.
