While Doug was called here to offer an estimate for replacing HVAC due to a failed unit, he stated he could most likely fix the problem thereby removing the urgency to replace. He could have just given an estimate in hopes of making the sale, but instead solved the immediate problem with minimal cost. This level of honesty and service is going to weigh heavily in choosing a company to replace the 27 year old units in the fall.
