From the response time to the customer service, everything and everyone was absolutely fantastic about D & T. Dave came out to diagnose and then Dave S. came out for the estimate, Dave and Mark did the install and they were METICULOUS with their work. If I could give more than five stars I would!! We had a new heater within 48 hours!

I can’t say enough about the wonderful service from D&T. They are clearly craftsmen who care about doing a great job. But they are also patient with questions and explain everything they are doing. They made sure to get ample input from my wife and I as well. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a great hearing and cooling partner.

Was able to perform my first Routine Maintenance & Tune Up on a 5 year old Goodman Natural Gas Furnace that we installed in the Newark Delaware area. Had to make a minor adjustment to the gas pressure to make sure everything was in spec. Other than that, everything looked to be in perfect condition! Just performed a Routine Maintenance and Tune-Up on a 17 year old York Gas Furnace in Newark Delaware right near Old Baltimore Pike. First time that we were able to get a good look at it and it’s still doing its thing! A couple fixable issues, but nothing extreme.
