When completing this Routine Maintenance & Tune Up on a 9yr old Luxaire Gas Furnace in Townsend Delaware, I noticed a high amp draw on the inducer motor and a small leak coming from the exhaust piping. Thankfully they purchased full pets and labor warranty so this will be completely covered! I love when I can point these things out before they cost them over $1500 worth of work.
