Just completed a routine maintenance and tuneup on a Bosch propane furnace that we installed last January in the Wilmington Delaware area. Everything looks great and up to par just needed a quick wipe down and all levels pointed into a healthy unit. Just replaced the flue piping for an 80% Lennox Natural Gas Furnace. The port going to the chimney was FILLED with sediment from the previous Oil Furnace that took a decent amount of time to clean out, but we got it done! Everything looks perfect and is completely sealed to the wall so no more breathing CO, enjoy the clean air!

Just performed a Routine Maintenance & Tune Up on a 13yr old Lennox Natural Gas Furnace in the Wilmington Delaware area. The unit itself looked perfect and just needed a good cleaning and wipe down. The flue piping was a different story, being it was only taped to the wall and not properly connected. After explaining what needed to be done, I gave the homeowners a fair quote and they approved it on the spot. We will be back out soon to get them up to par! Thanks again megan, enjoy your day!

Just got done my last Routine Maintenance & Tune Up for the day! Ended with a 14 year old Goodman Heat Pump in the Pike Creek area that was in pretty good shape. After getting all of my measurements, the only thing I found to be an issue was the outside capacitor was out of spec on the compressor side. A quick “go ahead” and it was swapped out for them! Everything else seemed to be in spectacular condition for the age and we expect to see a very comfortable season for you guys! Enjoy the weather
Was able to get a Routine Maintenance & Tune Up done on an 8yr old Goodman Natural Gas Furnace in Wilmington Delaware. This was our first time touching the furnace and the previous company had left a clamp loose on the Inducer Motor which caused all the condensate to drip all over the unit, which was a pretty significant amount. Luckily no visible damage was done and I was able to get it cleaned up and fixed. Everything else looked perfect and we expect you to have a comfy winter season!

Just performed a Routine Maintenance & Tune Up on a Carrier Natural Gas Furnace in Wilmington Delaware. Everything was looking perfect after adjusted their gas pressure slightly. It looks like the filters are continuously changed and around the unit was looking pretty spotless already, which extends the life of any unit. Just performed a Routine Maintenance and Tune Up on a 10 year old Luxaire Heat Pump in Wilmington Delaware. Found a couple of issues and are working with the owner to find the best solution for them to handle it! As of now everything is working great, just found some potential issues that will eventually be a real problem. Staying ahead of the problems as they come makes everything way easier and way cheaper. Sometimes the issue is to just let it run its course of natural selection.
