Just finished up a routine maintenance and tuneup on a 13-year-old Goodman AC unit that we installed in the Wilmington Delaware area. I did find that the unit was low on refrigerant, which means that there is a leak somewhere. The levels were shown to be pretty darn low, so I gave them some options, including replacement fixing, and nothing at all. Which is always an option. Just finished a routine, maintenance and tuneup on two units that we installed in the Wilmington Delaware area. The gas fired furnace that we installed last year is looking fantastic, of course. And the heat pump in the attic had a few issues which we discussed with the homeowners and talked about plans to execute Some repairs. I don’t recommend replacement at this time being that the majority of the unit is still working perfectly fine! Just after a little TLC it will be up to par to our standards. Just finished a routine, maintenance and tuneup on two 19 year old Armstrong package units located in Wilmington, Delaware. These units have for sourcing better days even though they are still kicking and keeping the space warm. Both have issues with the compressor and being that it is r22 refrigerant, we recommend getting into the mindset of replace and not repair. The refrigerant alone is going to be almost as much as the repair if not more. Just finished a routine maintenance and tuneup on a Goodman natural gas fired furnace that we installed last year in the Wilmington Delaware area. Everything with the unit looks spectacular, of course, and only needed a good wipe down and vacuum vacuuming. All levels pointed towards a very healthy unit, and you should expect years and years of comfortable winters with that one! While doing my maintenance, I observed that the water heater has been leaking and has some rust spots. Recommend replacing down the line, not necessarily immediately.

Just finished up replacing a collection box that I found to be leaking and cracked during a maintenance in December. Had a long wait time on a new part being they didn’t make this furnaces anymore. Finally got over here two months later and replaced it. Everything is back to normal not leaking and working properly. While cleaning up and ready to leave I noticed a gas smell by the water heater. After hitting them with bubbles I confirm that there was a leak. So I decided to help them out and just seal the union back together.

This is the first time we’ve been able to see this unit and considering the age everything looked pretty darn good! The blower capacitor was very low so the client decided to swap that out. After a good cleaning, everything was as it should be. Just completed routine maintenance in tuneups on two different propane furnaces that were installed past couple years in the Greenville Delaware area. A different company installed both of these so this is the first time we are going to look at these. One of the units had a decent leak coming from the collection box and we recommended calling the company that installed it to see if there’s still a warranty. After adjusting the gas pressures on both units everything was tiptop! These maintenance were included with the two new heat pumps that we installed on top of those furnaces. So no cost at all to the client!
