Just finished up 2 Routine Maintenances & Tune ups on 2 separate Natural Gas Furnaces. Both are looking great and I expect a very comfortable winter for the Jackson family! The newer Goodman Furnace just needed a little tweak of the gas pressure and the 20 year old ComfortMaker needed a new blower cap to increase the longevity of that motor. Other than that, a good wipe down got them to be pristine machines! Thank you so much to Mitch for letting me in and trusting us with your comfort!

Just performed a Routine Maintenance & Tune Up on a 6 year old Lennox Natural Gas Furnace in Middletown Delaware. Everything in the furnace looked perfect, a little dirty. But a quick wipe down and vacuum took care of that. I did end up smelling gas from somewhere and figured out it was coming from the gas line itself. After spraying my bubbles, I found 2 bad seals. Homeowners call their gas provider and they are in the way now. That could’ve been a terrible accident if that went unnoticed!
Was just able to perform a Routine Maintenance & Tune up on 2 4 year old Coleman Propane Furnaces in Middletown Delaware. Everything looked great and no adjustments needed! Was able to complete a Routine Maintenance and Tune Up on a 10 year old Goodman Gas Furnace. There was a leak at the bottom of the collection box, so I tightened the surrounding screws and that seemed to stop it. If not, then we got some other tricks up our sleeve! That was just the cheapest and quickest way to test it out. Money saved is money earned! Especially if it’s for our loyal customers!
Was able to do a Routine Maintenance and Tune Up on a 10 year old Goodman Gas Furnace in Middletown Delaware. Got a couple of wonky numbers and noticed the gas valve was defective.
