FIREPLACE MAINTENANCE: - cleaned the unit from dirt, dust, and debris - inspected the glass - inspected the rope seal on the window - inspected the flue and or combustion chamber - inspected the flu cap assembly - inspected the burner assembly for deterioration - cleaned the orifice - cleaned the pilot assembly from carbon build up - cleared the pilot orifice - polished the thermopile - polished the thermocouple - polished the ignitor rod - cleaned and wiped down under the unit - cleaned the glass as best as possible - relayed an ember bed - replaced log-set to manufacturers specs - tested for gas leaks - tested for carbon monoxide - turned unit on and tested the thermopile and thermocouple ( 263mV & 22mV ) - inspected the systems performance - made adjustments as necessary for a clean burn FINDINGS: - the spark ignitor was having trouble lighting, I had to reposition the ignitor rod but if this continues to give the i
