Air Conditioner Maintenance: - Cleaned AC - Vacuumed debris from condenser - Wash condenser coil - Torque Schrader cores - Tightened king valves - Check for refrigerant leaks at service valves - Clean filter grill - Replaced filters - Condenser fan motor 1.0amps - Compressor 17.2Amps - Check contactor - Run Cap MFD - Inspect coil - Static pressure R/A: .4WC - Static pressure S/A: .42WC Average lifespan for an AC is 15-20 years. Upon arrival found blower running and OD fan but nothing at compressor, found that 50/ mfd capacitor had failed. Homeowner chose that he will buy one himself and install it himself. We are not reliable if homeowner gets hurt by not having a trained professional do it!
