WARRANTY CALL: The claim is that the unit will cool the house as it should but it will take a while to get down to temperature. He’s also saying that once the AC satisfies the temperature it kicks back on pretty quickly. After going through the install and looking at his air conditioner as well as all the other ducts and vents throughout the home I am finding that The thermostat is working correctly it is just the heat gain working against them. He had the temperature turned down to 66 upon arrival and told me that it’s only a couple minutes once it gets down to 66 Before it turns back on. He had me install their prior thermostat and we tested that one as well. It was doing the same exact thing as our new Lennox thermostat. I had replaced the thermostat again and tested again to show them what was actually happening.
