I installed a Five Star 13 SEER 2.5 Ton Air Conditioner. I cycled and monitored the system and it is operational at this time.
I performed a diagnostic on a Payne AC unit. Customer informed me that the unit was making a loud noise. Upon further inspection I found plenum vibrating where it joins the furnace. I pushed the plenum into place and this stopped. System is fully operational upon departure.
I preformed a spring tune up on a Trane AC unit. I visually inspected the furnace. I inspected the evaporator coil. I check the temperature difference across the coil. I rinsed the condenser coils, cycled and monitored system. System is operating normally at this time.
I provided an estimate for customer on a full home dehumidifier.
I performed a diagnostic on a Goodman AC unit. Customer advised that the unit was making a loud noise and producing smoke. Upon inspection I found the system to have completely seized. Gave customer options. Customer will move forward with replacing the system.

I preformed a diagnostic on a Trane AC unit. Customer advised that refrigerant lines were freezing. I found condenser to be completely restricted with debris. Partially disassembled condenser and cleared all debris. System is operational at this time.

I completed a diagnostic on a York AC unit. I found the unit was over charged. I removed coolant to get to the desired reading. I ran the system and it is now cooling. The system is operational at departure time.
Scheduled maintenance cooling tune up on a Trane air conditioner completed. I visually inspected the furnace. Checked voltage and amps. I inspected the evaporator coil. I checked the compressor and they customer needs replacement, so they had me replace. I checked the temperature difference across the coil. Checked refrigerant charge, voltages and amps. Found those to be low so I added coolant. I rinsed the condenser coils with water. Cycled and monitored the system. Operating normally at this time.
