Seasonal maintenance on air conditioner, changed one filter, the other needs an Aprilaire 110filter.
. Found defects in furnaces heat exchanger.
. Blower motor is out in furnace. Also found cracks within the primary heat exchanger.
replace gas valve on furnace repipe intake to side of furnace. Gas valve is under warranty, labor is not covered.
found a damaged Gasket will follow with replacement parts
Seasonal maintenance on 2 Goodman furnaces. Serviced filters and humidifier
. Low voltage fuse blown. Replace fuse verified furnace in working order.
. System kicking out on high Limit. Due to lack of air flow. Caused by dirty filter.
. Job summary. How to keep in system. Also change peice of flex to hard pipe. On humidifier
System set to 70° and satisfied at 70° cycled furnaces off and on. To try to get furnace to repeat any issue. Also pulled and cleaned flames sensor and verified all wire connections were securely in place. Nothing loose or out of place.
Replaced heat Exchanger and OEM Blower motor.
. Furnace would not run due to a clogged pressure switch port going into inducer housing. Cleared blockage. Verified pressure switch itself working properly.
