Repaired leaks in flue piping. Smell coming from plumbing. Espeinshied and DuPont are recommended plumbers.
. Furnace Maintenance Trane furnace in office, Lennox furnace in warehouse area supplying 2nd floorr offices both systems are in good running order at this time.
Replaced broken Thermostat would not show display would still run fan Extra would not show display of temp set or room temp. Replaced with Emerson Programmable Thermostat.
. Furnace none operational upon arrival. Due to pressure switch/ safety. Stopping furnace from running due to a clogged chimney. Remove debree build up from inside of chimney. Restarted furnace.
Seasonal maintenance on Janitrol air conditioner.
