No cooling from AC. Found electronically controlled motor for the blower to have failed and the evaporator coil icing. Replaced blower motor.

Today in Eaglewood we replaced a 4 ton Lennox furnace. 5 hours in and, not bad. And we vacuumed the carpet before we left, too!
Due to improper proper installation of the duct system there was a lot of rot in the subfloor of this house. We replaced all of the ductwork, encapsulated in the crawlspace and installed a dehumidifier. Turned out great!
This house had a zoned system that was only cooling the downstairs. We did a little troubleshooting on the zone board and got lucky, turned out it was just the thermostat! Done and done.

This new Trane heat pump was short cycling. 90% of the system wear and tear occurs at startup. It was overcharged with refrigerant but we now have safely taken out the excess r410 and the system is running as it should
