I made a call on referral from a friend, when our AC wasn't cooling our house. This was Sunday and on time exactly when they said he would be Mr. Belcher came to diagnose the unit. He was very courteous and personable. He seemed very knowledgable but didn't talk over my head. He was very clear and consise with what was wrong an different avenues to fix the problem. I felt there was no hidden fees or agendas. I am glad to have found 72 Degrees and to have joined their preferred program. It is a great deal and really shows they are working to help their customers, not just make money. That's rare in this day as well as the great customer service.
