I am on the monthly contract with this company, and when my heat went out on a sunday, I kinda expected a call back in a reasonable time frame. Instead, I had to call back 2 more times, and when I did get a call-back, 8 hours later, I was brushed off like I was a nuisance. The tech then said he would call me back in 5 minutes, and then never did. Needless to say, if this had been my first experience with this company, I would have never dealt with them again. The next day, I called back, let the dispatcher know exactly how I felt, and got a great tech who called and came to my house early and answered all questions I had.
