4 stars with respect to convenience. We were scheduled between 2p-4p. The office called at 1230 and wanted to move up the time to RIGHT THEN. I had scheduled my day around 2-4p. I told her the earliest anyone could come was 2. She pushed for NOW. She wasnt out right rude but I felt pressured. I planned my day around them already and now I have to change my plans at the last minute? When all was said and done, Don came at 2 and I was very pleased with his friendly and professional attitude.
If your paper work doesn't fall in the cracks, service was great. System installed in April, state inspecton & energy audit completed Aug 23, 2013. When we build our next home, we will use another company for the HVAC system.

Service Tech was very nice, professional and shared his knowledge of the unit he worked on in great detail.
Kenna took his time to make sure the noises I was hearing from our new unit were exactly reproduced. Once we got to hear the noises, he reassured me that they were, in fact, normal. Kenna explained that we have a more efficient, much larger heat pump system now that operates at a high psi. That's where the new/weird noises come from. He was professional and thorough. I am so pleased with 72 Degrees, their products, services, and professionals!
I called 72 Degrees at 2:00 to schedule a repair evaluation/estimate. The incredibly knowledgable and polite service man was knocking on my door at 2:40.
