Tim is the best technician we have ever done business with, if it wasn't for him, not sure how we would have handled our situation with 72 Degrees. We feel we have a true lemon according to the NC Lemon Laws. Also, the service manager was extremely rude to me for no reason. Not sure we will be recommending this company to anyone. I have been a customer of 72 DEGREES for over a year now and have been extremely impressed by their professionalism which covers the small things like putting on hospital booties before entering my home to taking the time to go over their 21 Points of Service in language that I can understand. Living alone and having the total responsibility for a home is no easy task for a woman whose husband shared equally in the ttasks of running a household. Now that he is away in a permanent care facility, I appreciate the time spent in bringing me along on understanding what is going on. I also appreciate the thoroughness of the telephone staff in detailing my suspicions as to the cause of my problem. Such good listening enabled the technician to carry on his truck the necessary items to get my system cranked up and running again.
