I called 72 degrees first thing on a Monday morning after the AC unit stopped working on Sunday afternoon. Manny arrived prior to the original appointment time, which was wonderful (when your AC is not working during summer in NC). He quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed it. Voila! The AC is already working and we're relieved! Manny explained everything to me and that was helpful! Thanks Manny and 72 Degrees!!
