Scott was punctual, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. He explained everything he was doing, why it was necessary, and worked in a quick, efficient, and methodical manner. Our house is only a few years old but has had so many problems; Scott quickly identified what was wrong and discussed our options. He also answered all of our questions, taught us a few things we didn't know, and discussed routine care options without being pushy or overbearing. Overall, we were super impressed with the quality of customer service, professionalism and knowledge of staff, and excellent work provided. Our total bill ended up being a bit pricey - but we had a lot of things to fix on our system. The one thing I wish they offered was a payment plan; paying all at once was pretty rough in today's economy. Everything else was top notch!
