Do you really want my opinion? I called to have my units serviced we were told the downstairs until was having some problems which we had suspected what we didn’t anticipate was being without heat when it’s 26 degrees outside. Once the tech left the thermostat never got above 53 degrees we are going on 2 days of that now so to say we are happy about that is a no. All my unit does now is run and blow cold air out.
