Tim came and helped me when our air had stopped working. It was easy to set up the appointment- the company was very accommodating. Tim called me when he was close. He listened to my concerns and began working. He explained what the problem was and step by step how to fix it. When my husband called he stopped and explained everything again. He was respectful and answered the MANY questions I had! I will recommend Tim and this company to everyone I know! His card is in my wallet and on the fridge!

Tim came out and did a complete service and explained everything he was doing. He cleaned our unit and check all voltages, levels and other readings relating to our unit. He was very friendly, informative and we will ask to have him come for our services in the future. Highly recommend Tim and 72 degrees for anyone needing air / heat work.
